After the disaster of a hotel we escaped from, I was venting to the concierge. We walked into this room and it honestly felt like therapy. Everything spotless. Everything calm. And before we even touched the complimentary wine and beer, this basket arrived like from some sort of hospitality gods! The kids absolutely lost their minds. This place is the antidote to every bad hotel experience you’ve ever had. If this isn’t perfection, someone please redefine perfection for me! Gabriella, you made our day, thank you!!

Local staying for a StayCation and WOW did I feel like I was in a different town. What they have done at The Inn at the 5th is extraordinary. Truly a time to remember. I massively appreciate Cecilia and the whole customer service team so bright and helpful and also Fin always had a smile. The location, the room, the bed (soft), the tub and fire place. It all made the night away from home feel like we traveled somewhere distant. Well done team. You all made a fan and bragger of the 5th through me! Only recommendation for staying IN Eugene if you want romantic and a truly serene getaway. Worth every dollar spend with a smile Thank you.

Nice hotel, great central location in Eugene, close to hult center, shopping, food, breweries and Autzen stadium. Check was great, free beer or wine. Vallet was professional and quick. Easy to walk to anything downtown. Hotel was clean and tidy. Room could use a deep cleaning in spots, like corner of shower and some of the walls have areas that need to be cleaned. Overall good experience.

We just stayed at Inn at the 5th and absolutely loved it. Eugene is such a pretty and friendly place, and there are many great shops and restaurants next door to the hotel. The hotel is immaculate and beautiful, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. At first, we had a very heavy-footed neighbor upstairs, but the manager quickly and graciously moved us to a quiet room, which made all the difference. Everything about this hotel is perfect, and we will definitely be staying here again! 5 stars and more!!

Stayed at the Inn for the weekend when we came in for a Ducks game. The location was perfect. Cute market area. Close to food and shopping. Easy walk to the stadium. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Looking forward to staying here again!

What a lovely place to stay. Located right in the heartbeat of Eugene, Oregon. Clean Hotel, nice kind people. Valet parking was perfect. We really loved staying here. We felt welcome from the second. We put our foot in the door. It was my son‘s birthday, and they left a cute little basket of goodies and a card on the table for him. Nice personal touch.

Great experience! I was a bit worried of the $25 valet parking, but they ended up charging my EV to 90% unprompted! That was super nice of them. Saved around 90 mins of my trip.
